07 Aug CASA Donates Fetal Monitor to District General Hospital Horana
At the request of the SLPA Chairman, on behalf of the Seva Vanitha Unit of SLPA CASA donated a Fetal Monitor costing Rs.525,000 to the District General Hospital Horana on 7th August 2024. The donation was funded equally by CASA and the Executive Committee Members as a CSR project. Exco representatives Ms. Deepika Wijesuriya and Mr. Jayantha Wijetunge, along with SG, handed over the machine to Dr. Esanda Wellala, with the participation of SLPA Chairman Mr. Keith Bernard, SLPA Seva Vanitha Unit Officials, and senior staff of the hospital. The Fetal Monitor is used to track the heartbeat of the fetus and maternal responses.
